The debt dispute between PT Grahalintas Properti against one of its creditors PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk (BNGA) continues even though the time limit given by the law for the period of Suspension of Debts Payment (PKPU) is nearly passed. In the last hearing held on November 14, 2016 the Panel of Judges of the Commercial Court of the Central Jakarta District Court accepted the Company’s request for time extension.
