PT Central Steel Indonesia (CSI) entered their period of Suspension of Debts Payment (PKPU) in August 2016. The Company submitted a draft of their peace proposal in the first week of November 2016. Along with the submission of the draft peace proposal, the Commercial Court of the Central Jakarta District Court agreed to extend CSI’s PKPU period. This PKPU process has sparked allegations of corruption in PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (BMRI), which is now under the investigation of the Attorney General’s Office (AGO).To subscribe please click here
