Sujaya Group’s two subsidiaries—PT Bintang Jaya Proteina Feedmill (Bintang Jaya) and PT Sinka Sinye Agrotama (Sinka Sinye)—must face a lawsuit on Suspension of Debts Payment (PKPU) filed by one of their creditors HSBC Banking Corporation Ltd.
