After nearly half a year of trial, on August 11, 2016, the panel of judges of the South Jakarta District Court decided to partially grant the lawsuit filed by the Ministry of Environment and Forestry against PT National Sago Prima (NSP), subsidiary of PT Sampoerna Agro Tbk.
