After the lawsuit filed against PT National Sago Prima (NSP), a subsidiary of PT Sampoerna Argo Tbk was partially granted by the Panel of Judges of the South Jakarta District Court, on August 11, 2016, the Palembang High Court also partially granted the appeal filed against PT Bumi Mekar Hijau (BMH), a subsidiary of Sinarmas Group. The Minister of Environment and Forestry Siti Nurbaya Bakar confirmed the news on August 28, 2016.
