Cal Dive v. Bumi Hasta Mukti and Pertamina

The dispute between PT Cal Dive Offshore Indonesia, a subsidiary of Cal Dive International Inc,. and PT Bumi Hasta Mukti (BHM) continues. After a year of fruitless effort at getting BHM to implement the decision of the Indonesian National Arbitration Board (BANI), Cal Dive Indonesia reportedly applied for a confiscation order at the South Jakarta District Court.To subscribe please click here
