PT Sariwangi Agricultural Estate Agency (Sari Wangi AEA Co Ltd – Sariwangi) is once again threatened with bankruptcy after its former legal counsel from Legisperitus law office filed a lawsuit to cancel the Company’s peace agreement. As it turns out, Sariwangi have not yet settled the payment of legal services after the company successfully escaped the stage of Suspension of Debts Payment (PKPU) as of September 2015.
