The House of Representatives agreed on 40 bills to be included in the 2016 Prioritized National Legislation Program (Prolegnas Prioritas 2016), one of which is the bill to amend the Law No. 15/2003 on Combating Terrorism. The process to discuss the Bill has already begun. The Government will submit the Bill with an academic paper attached to the House of Representatives this week.To subscribe please click here
