One of the creditors of PT Effendi Textindo, Ngudi Tri Lestari, filed a lawsuit against the former’s bankruptcy curators. Ngudi Tri Lestari supposedly found defects on the asset auction process that caused the creditor losses. In addition to suing the curators, Ngudi Tri Lestari also sued PT Innovindo Bumi Mandiri as the winning bidder and the Serpong State Property and Auction Office (KPKNL), and the Tangerang Land Office.To subscribe please click here
