The case of alleged corruption related to the Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency’s (BPPN) sale of right to collect debt (cessie) implicating PT Victoria Securities and PT Adistra Utama has just gotten more complex. The Attorney General’s Office (AGO), who had previously raided the office of PT Victoria Securities Indonesia (VSI), is being accused of raiding the wrong office. To make things worse, the search warrant the AGO used allegedly violated the existing procedure. VSI launched a protest on said matters, and went to the House Commission III of the House of Representatives for help.To subscribe please click here
