PT Indonesian Paradise Property Tbk (INPP) plans to buy 920 million shares, or 25.91%, of PT Plaza Indonesia Realty Tbk (PLIN) from Nexus Solutions Pts at the price of Rp2,500 per share, or Rp2.3 trillion in total. INPP then targets to boost its ownership in PLIN to 29.53% after the acquisition. Other shareholders of PLIN are PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (34.22%), PT MNC Land Tbk (25.71%), and public investors (10.54%).
