Judge Haswandi’s decision to accept the pre-trial of Hadi Poernomo, a graft suspect under the investigation of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), is causing a new problem. In his ruling, Judge Haswandi stated that the KPK had violated procedures in the process of naming Hadi Poernomo a graft suspect.
