Speaker of the Bangkalan Legislative Council (DPRD) Fuad Amin Imron—who is also a former Regent of Bangkalan in Madura, East Java—is now facing trial at the Jakarta Corruption Court. He’s allegedly involved in graft and money laundering related to gas supply agreement with PT Media Karya Sentosa (MKS). Fuad Amin Imron’s case is the first case implicating a Gerindra Party politician.
