Cathay Life Insurance Co Ltd, the life insurance arm of Cathay Financial Holding Co Ltd, has on Monday (Jan 5th) announced a plan to acquire a 40% stake in PT Bank Mayapada International (MAYA) Tbk for US$271.83 million.
