Avenue Luxembourg S.a.r.l has divested all of its 503.5 million or 17.06% shares in Bank Mayapada (MAYA) for Rp885.8 billion. Bank Mandiri (BMRI), meanwhile, has entered into a joint venture with Tunas Ridean (TURI) for a new financing entity.
