Eka Tjipta Widjaja, tsar founder of Sinarmas Group, is now in his 90s, while his children from the first wife (Teguh Ganda, Frankle, Franky, Mukhtar, and Indra) are already in mid-late 50s. While key decisions are still in the hands of the second generation, their children have been groomed to hold key positions in companies according to their father’s roles.
