Nixon Investments Pte Ltd, subsidiary of Benakat Integra (BIPI), a company controlling most of infrastructure assets stripped off from Bumi Resources (BUMI), has on Monday signed US$115 million facility agreement with Credit Suisse AG. BIPI claims the loan will be used for working capital and development of the company’s business.
