Some said that support from Financial Services Authority (OJK) to give tax office access into bank accounts might risk fleeing of funds from the banking system. Others, however, believe this would boost tax collection from individuals, which will strengthen the State budget in long-term. This issue might affect dynamics in the stock market in the short-medium term.
