As we reported yesterday, the Indonesian House of Representatives (DPR) passed and sent to President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono the new trade bill. We have obtained a copy of the approved bill and we’re currently analyzing the details. Before we get into the nuts and bolts, we’re going to talk about the implementing regulations mandated by the new Trade Law.
