Property stocks have gained substantially this year and supported composite index of Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). On Monday, Ciputra Surya and Intiland gained more than 6% each, while Perdana Gapuraprima surged 21% in the morning session. Some said this is related to government’s plan to give more room to foreigners in relation to properties in the country.
