PT Panca Amara Utama (PAU), subsidiary of PT Surya Esa Perkasa (ESSA) Tbk has signed mandate letter with the International Finance Corporation (IFC), investment arm of World Bank, wherein IFC will arrange US$500 million debt financing for PAU’s US$750 million ammonia plant in Central Sulawesi.
