Duta Anggada Realty (DART), like other property stocks, has gained 120% since December 2011, even though its performance actually weakened substantially in the first quarter of 2012. In the first three months of 2012, Duta Anggada only posted net profit of Rp4.9 billion, insignificant compared to its equity and “assets”.
