Shares of property developer MNC Land (KPIG) gained 34.31% to Rp137 on Monday (Feb. 15), trading with a market capitalization of Rp11.04 trillion, following news that the Company plans to develop its movieland in Lido City estate. The Government has determined Lido City as the special economic zone (SEZ) for tourism.
