Stocks in the Asia-Pacific region closed mixed on Tuesday, as trade tensions between the US and China eased after the US administration said it will allow Huawei Co Ltd to purchase American goods in order to maintain existing networks and provide software updates to Huawei handsets until August 19th following restrictions imposed last week.
