The trial for the sexual abuse case of a 5 year-old Jakarta International School kindergarten student started on August 26 at the South Jakarta District Court. The five suspects tried are the school’s outsourced janitors from PT Integrated Service Solution (ISS), namely, Afrischa Ayani, Zainal Abidin; Virgiawan Amin Bin Suparman; Syahrial and also Agun Iskandar. The five suspects are assisted by a team of lawyers that include Saut Irianto Rajaguguk of Saut Raj & Partners Law firm and also Patra M Zen, the former chairman of the Indonesian Legal Foundation (YLBHI), who was once the lawyer of Hartati Murdaya Poo.
