Bakrieland Development (ELTY), property arm of Bakrie Group, booked net profit of Rp111 billion in the first half ended June 30, 2014, collapsed 84.3% from the corresponding period of 2013 on falling sales revenues and squeezed margins. That, however, is not the most interesting point of Bakrieland’s financial statement.
