The Panel of Judges of the Commercial Court at the Central Jakarta recently decided to denied the PKPU lawsuit filed by PT Bukaka Teknik Utama Tbk (BUKK) against PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk (WSKT), that was the third PKPU lawsuit filed by Bukaka within only a year. Waskita Karya announced the decision and had mentioned that the lawsuit did not affect the company’s operation.
