Although it is rarely heard by the general public, PT Pertamina (Persero)’s upstream subholding, PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PT PHE) is one of Pertamina’s busiest subsidiaries. After being indirectly entangled in a case of alleged corruption, recently the company was sued by one of its vendors.
