The decades of waiting are over. Despite rejection from various elements of society, during the plenary meeting held on Dec. 6, 2022, the House of Representatives and the Government agreed to pass the long-awaited Bill on Criminal Code (RKUHP) into Law. In the next 30 days the President will sign the new Law. However, we will only have the new Law on Criminal Code (KUHP) within three years from the time the Bill was promulgated.To subscribe please click here
