It has been nine years since the Financial Services Authority (OJK) revoked the business license of life insurance company PT Asuransi Jiwa Bumi Asih Jaya (AJBAJ) and around seven years since the company was declared bankrupt. AJBAJ continue fighting against the OJK but the last time we paid attention to the dispute was in 2018, we thought everything had been taken care of. We’re wrong. We recently learned that the bankruptcy process is not over yet even after all these years. What’s wrong?
