Cellular provider Smartfren Telecom (FREN), owned by Sinarmas Group, booked net profit of Rp54.6 billion in the first half (H1) of 2022, against loss of Rp452 billion in the same period of 2021. This is the first time after so long even though it was attributable to share of net profit of associate.
