Singapore-listed Sinar Mas Land, the largest property developer in Indonesia, owned by Widjaja Family, acquired an 8-story building in the UK for £195 million or around Rp3.6 trillion. Sinar Mas Land Director Herry Hendarta said the company acquired the property from the current owners, namely LS City and West End Limited, part of LandSec.
