PT Pani Bersama Tambang (PBT), subsidiary of PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk (MDKA), as the claimant, and PT J Resources Nusantara Tbk (PSAB) as the respondent have submitted to Singapore International Arbitration Center (SIAC) a request for suspension of arbitration case.
