Modern retail trading firm Supra Boga Lestari (RANC) said on Thursday (Sept. 16) that PT Global Digital Niaga (GDN), owner of the online shopping mall (marketplace) Blibli.com, signed the conditional sale and purchase agreement (CSPA) concerning the proposed 51% shares acquisition of Supra Boga with the sellers on Sept. 15, 2021. Said sellers are PT Gunaprima Karyaperkasa, PT Ekaputri Mandiri, Dr. David Kusumodjojo, Suharno Kusumodjojo, and Herman Siswanto.
