State construction firm Wijaya Karya (WIKA) injected Rp775 billion to its subsidiary, PT Wijaya Karya Realty, used to fund the acquisition over hotels owned by state-owned enterprises (SoE) Ministry. WIKA Realty will purchase shares in PT Hotel Indonesia Properti from PT Hotel Indonesia Natour (HIN), purchase hotel assets owned by PT Pegadaian, and purchase shares in PT Senggigi Pratama International owned by PT Aerowisata.
