PT Sentul City Tbk (BKSL) faced yet another lawsuit on Suspension of Debt Payment (PKPU) last month. Since 2016, the Commercial Court of the Central Jakarta District Court has registered three lawsuits seeking the Company’s bankruptcy and four PKPU lawsuits. The latest PKPU lawsuit filed by PT Prakarsaguna Ciptapratama was granted. So the Company is in a temporary PKPU period. Apart from the series of lawsuits at the Commercial Court of the Central Jakarta District Court, we noticed that the Company had been sued 20 times in the past three years in different district courts.
