On Jan. 12, the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Communication and Informatics issued a joint decree to implement an Integrated COVID-19 Vaccination Information System yesterday. The system would help relevant authorities ensure that the vaccines reach the correct target individuals and help achieve the overall herd immunity objective. Seven days have passed since the start of Indonesia’s national inoculation drive, and we already see problems.
