Similar to the Nahdlatul Ulama (NU), the largest Muslim organization in Indonesia, the PP Muhammadiyah also decided to postpone its chairmanship congress (Muktamar) until next year due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Like the NU, it’ll be interesting to watch who will be elected to lead the Muhammadiyah, the second largest Muslim organization in the country, in light of the 2024 presidential race.To subscribe please click here
