Flag carrier Garuda Indonesia (GIAA) suffered a loss of US$1.07 billion in the first nine months to September (9M) of September 2020, equivalent to Rp16.03 trillion, against a profit of US$122.42 million in the corresponding period of 2019. Revenue fell 68% to US$1.13 billion, equivalent Rp16.98 trillion, from the previous US$3.54 billion.
