On Thursday, United States (US) Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin said that the White House wouldn’t let differences over funding targets for coronavirus testing detail aid negotiations. Meanwhile, France declared a public health emergency, and the United Kingdom extended lockdowns.¬†
