Animal feed producer Japfa Comfeed (JPFA) announced its plan to acquire PT So Good Food for Rp1.2 trillion value. This is an affiliated transaction, as Japfa Ltd holds both companies. They have signed a conditional sale and purchase agreement (CSPA) on August 28, 2020. JPFA and its unit PT Ciomas Adisatwa will acquire So Good Food from Annona Pte Ltd and Jupiter Foods Pte Ltd.
