Property developer Metropolitan Kentjana (MKPI) stopped its operations and its hotel business units following the implementation of the broader scale of social restrictions (PSSB) in the Jakarta area. It expects its revenue to decline by 25-50%. It cut salaries of 34 employees and reduced the number of employees from 1143 to 1109 per December 2019. MKPI has a liability of Rp107.7 billion.
