Property developer Metropolitan Kentjana (MKPI) expects its revenue and profit to decline by 25-50% due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. It partly stopped operations for more than three months. The Company has reduced 36 staff members year to date. Its liability reached Rp107.76 billion.
