Plantation firm Sawit Sumbermas Sarana (SSMS) booked net profit of Rp11.68 billion only in 2019, dropped 86.45% from 2018 due to lower CPO prices. Sales declined 11.67% to Rp3.27 trillion. CPO average price at Malaysia derivative market was RM2,130 per ton, down 5% year on year (y/y). For this year, SSMS targets to produce 1.72 million tons, of which CPO production is targeted for 600,000 tons.
