The Government has launched the second stimulus policy to reduce the impact of the coronavirus outbreak. The coordinating minister for economic affairs, Airlangga Hartarto, said that the Government had allocated Rp160 trillion for tackling the Covid-19 outbreak in the country. This fund is to cover the widening of the budget deficit of up to Rp125 trillion or 0.8% over the GDP, also for stimulus (Rp10.3 trillion in first stimulus and Rp22.9 trillion in the second stimulus).
