The Financial Services Authority (OJK) said the consortium of Al Falah Investment Pte. Ltd., owned by the chairman Ilham Habibie, is finalizing the escrow account as OJK approved the consortium’s proposal to acquiring Bank Muamalat, the pioneer of sharia banking in Indonesia.
