Foreign direct investment (FDI) in Indonesia (excluding investment in banking and the oil and gas sectors) increased 6.4% year-on-year to Rp105.3 trillion (US$7.72 billion) in the December quarter of 2019, compared to a 17.8% jump in the previous quarter. It was the third straight quarter increase in foreign direct investment.
