Life insurance company AJB Bumiputera has just released its full year 2018 financial statement this morning. The 107-year-old company booked net loss of Rp2.54 trillion last year, expanded from Rp994.7 billion of loss in 2017. The company’s balance sheet, accordingly, worsened with negative equity of Rp8.64 trillion by December 31, 2018, raising question of its ability to serve 5.5 million policy holders.To subscribe please click here
