The central bank (Bank Indonesia/BI) reported that banking lending grew 8% to Rp5,548.1 trillion per September 2019, slowed from 8.7% growth in the previous month (August 2019). The Financial Services Authority (OJK) also recorded banking loan disbursement at Rp5,524.19 trillion per September 2019, grew 7.89% year on year (y/y), also slowed from the previous month.
