Sumber Energi Andalan (ITMA) plans to launch a rights issue, offering 340 million new shares, representing 50% of its enlarged capital, priced at Rp750 per unit, targeting to raise Rp255 billion in total. The proceeds of the rights issue will be used for acquiring energy and mining assets, also for funding business development. Trading of rights is scheduled for October 11-18, 2019.
